Fontur

Fontur is the tip of the Langanes peninsula. Around there are steep sea cliffs, about 50-70 m high. A lighthouse was first built there in 1910 but the one standing there now is built in 1950, 9,5 m tall. It's truly a unique experience standing at Fontur and all you can see ahead is the endless ocean.
